Leong Jun Hao’s tough run of form continued with another early exit, this time at the Hylo Open in Saarbrucken. The world No. 22 was beaten by India’s Sankar Subramaniam 14-21, 21-18, 16-21 in the opening round on Wednesday (Oct 29).
Despite being the higher-ranked player, Jun Hao struggled to find his rhythm and has now suffered four straight first-round defeats since the Korea Open on Sept 23.
